- Minimum 2,500 sq. ft. carpet area on the ground floor (covered area).
- Society NOC, approval from the local Municipal Authority, site commercialization proof (wherever applicable).
- Non-refundable Franchise fee – Rs. 2,25,000.
- Investment on the infrastructure (Furniture/Teaching Aids/Equipments/Set-up/Painting) – Rs. 5-9 Lakhs.
- Please also note that the initial investment is dependent on the model of the Pre-School and could vary based on location and other factors like size, condition of property, etc.
- Interiors to be arranged by Franchisee as per the specifications of BITTY BALPAN.
- As royalty, we take 20% from monthly collection.
